How do I order dezzer music products?
It’s really easy! You can order and download products 365 days a year, 24h each day. You choose your
favoured product, add it in your shopping cart, follow the register instruction and order it!
It’s necessary to have a customer account at dezzer music because of download security and download
guarantee! You can download the products three times within at least five days after getting the download
link in your customer account. So no problem at all!
Are your sounds royalty-free?
Yes, 100% of our sounds are royalty-free! Each product has a single user licence, only licenced to you, the
original purchaser, not sold to you. It can be used, royalty free, for your music productions for both commercial
and noncommercial use. The single user licence agreement you purchase is non transferable (please take a look
at our site “licence agreement”).
How many times can I download the sounds?
Three times, no problem at all. You can download the sounds in your customer account three times within
at least five days after getting the download link in your customer account.
I have problems with downloading. May you help me?
Yes, indeed. Normally it’s easy to download our files. You only have to click on the download link in your account
and that’s it! But if you have any questions or problems we help you – don’t worry.
I pay by papal and I’m very impatiently – when do I get my sounds?
Immediately. After paying with a direct payment method like paypal you get immediately the download link in your
customer account. So easy, so quick!
Are your online payment methods secure?
Yes, certainly. Your payment security is very important for us. Therefore we only offer secure payment methods
for our customers like prepayment and paypal.
Can I get the favoured sounds by CD?
Yes, for sure! Please send us an email with your favoured sounds and your address and we send you our offer as fast as
we can (please be aware of the additional costs for shipping).
I’m purchasing from a country outside the EU – what do I pay?
You don’t pay VAT / tax outside the EU. Please choose your country of the box “Location” at the top of the page and
all indicated prices are net prices without tax – you only see the prices which you pay!
I’m purchasing from a country inside the EU – what do I pay?
At the top of the page you find the box “Location”. Please choose your country. All indicated prices are gross prices (incl. VAT).
The VAT depends on your country. The EU European Commission has decided that the customers of each EU country have to
pay their own country-specific VAT for downloading products since 1st January 2015. Therefore the prices vary a little bit
within the EU. After choosing your country you only see the prices which you pay!
